Charles Flowers seated in front of a wooden bookcase displaying art objects.

Charles spends a lot of time at 30,000 feet. No, not in an airplane. In his perch that provides a big-picture view of client investments.

The way he works is guided by what he sees, much to the gratification of our clients. He spends his day doing investment research, making asset allocation decisions, working on portfolio design, executing trades, and ensuring portfolio data integrity.

But he does those concrete things within the mindful context of “staying curious and open to trying new things. Saying no to cookie cutter solutions.” And perhaps most telling of all, “finding happiness in the decisions you make.”
