Opportunities
During your Fall or Spring with Abacus, we hope to give you in-depth exposure to the process for helping clients make “smart financial decisions,” training to improve your “skillful listening,” and insights into Abacus’s journey as a firm “committed to its own financial integrity.” You will work alongside a highly experienced team to develop industry and professional skills.
This is a paid internship.
Intern Training Program
You will participate in our intern training curriculum designed to give you exposure to the technical skills as well as the soft skills we utilize to best serve our clients.
- Work Closely with Highly Experienced Team: You’ll work on projects with our First Impressions Team and get experience interacting with real clients.
- Develop Communication & Phone Skills
- Learn Abacus’s Technology & Platforms
- Learn Abacus’s Cultural Norms
Qualifications
Education
- Currently Enrolled College Student
Skills
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Flexible Availability
We are flexible with blocks of time that allow you to be on-site for 3-4 hours at a time, Monday through Friday. Our hours are 8am to 5pm.
